FLI Executive Board Meeting

On 10 October 2026, the Executive Board of the Forum for Language Initiatives (FLI) convened to review the organisation’s progress and deliberate on key matters of governance, institutional strengthening, and sustainability.

During the meeting, several policy materials were reviewed and approved, ensuring that FLI’s work continues to be guided by strong governance and a clear vision for the future. These decisions will help strengthen institutional frameworks and sustain FLI’s mission in the years ahead.

Since its establishment in 2002, FLI has worked alongside indigenous communities of northern Pakistan to preserve and promote endangered languages and cultures. The Board reaffirmed its commitment to supporting this vision and ensuring that FLI remains a trusted resource for language communities.
